This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Rockland County, New York.

The Town of Ramapo Housing Authority (RHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Studio and 1-Bedroom Apartments at the Catamount and Pondview sites from June 10, 2024, until June 19, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Selection Process

100 selected applicants were placed on the Studio apartment waiting list by random lottery.

50 selected applicants were placed on the 1-Bedroom apartment waiting list by random lottery.

Application Method

To apply while the waiting list was open, applicants were required to complete the online application that was available on the RHA website.
